Prenatal Breastfeeding Education

This 2.5-3 hour virtual visit or group class we will discuss what to expect when baby is born, milk production, first latch, comfort, baby output and any other concerns and questions. You will receive call notes and support documents.

Lactation Consult

Postpartum is an interesting time of growth for you and your baby. Not having to leave your home allows you to relax into your recovery and your learning. This visit might include newborn education, assessment of a feed, latching support and nipple care education. Best suited for newborns in the first 6 weeks after birth. Also great for families that have recently gotten an oral restriction revision, having supply concerns or anyone needing specialty support.

Tongue Tie Assessment

During this 60 minute visit we will observe a feed, do a oral examination, talk about body work, oral exercises and go over any questions. You will be given accompanied information for treatment if needed.

Pumping and Bottle Feeding Consult

Using a breast pump can be challenging. You may find it to be uncomfortable or be concerned about your output. Here we will find a comfortable flange, learn your pump, I will observe your pumping session and provide education when needed. Your baby may also need support in learning to take a bottle. We will discuss proper position and provide recommendations on bottles.

Back to Work Consult

This visit we will discuss when to introduce a bottle, bottle feeding strategies along with combo breast and bottle feedings, how to maximize your pumping time and experience, milk storage guidelines and how to transport your pumped milk.
